Preventive maintenance for an efficient performance

Preventive maintenance is the more efficient and simple way to keep your System working all year around. Investing on maintenance will save you money on repairs and also save you the hours, days or weeks of discomfort that is involved with a system down.

  • Voltage and Amps reading for all motors
  • Clean the outdoor coil if is needed
  • Motors loads
  • Capacitors readings and performance
  • The air flow
  • The refrigerant level
  • Clean the Drain line
  • Clean the drain pan if is needed
